Refund policy

Evo Twins offers all customers a 45 day return policy from the day the order was placed. It is imperative that you (the customer) verify the correct parts where shipped as soon as your order is received. Unfortunately we are unable to offer returns or exchanges after 45 days.
Return orders will only be accepted under the following conditions:
  • If your order is a kit, the complete kit will need to be returned
  • Unused
  • In original packaging
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The cost of shipping the original order paid by Evo Twins will be deducted from the refund. 
Returns that do not follow Evo Twins Return Policy will be refused or subject to a 50%-100% restocking fee. (i.e. signs of installation, wear, or dirty parts and packaging)
RETURNS
To initiate a return please reach out to our customer support team via email or phone. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Evo Twins requires images of the product prior to issuing an RMA so we can initiate the return process on our end to help expedite the process. Once the return has been approved Evo Twins with issue an RMA number, when you (the customer) receive this number ship your order back in the original packaging. You (the customer) have 14 days from the date the RMA was issued to have the product delivered to our facility. If the return package fails to be received by our facility within the 14 day period the return will automatically be closed. Once Evo Twins receives your return package please allow 48-72 hours for our team to process your RMA.
Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment. If your method of payment was credit or debit card, please allow 3-4 business days for the card issuer to post the transaction to your account.
